Boost your physical wellness through walking! The SDPI program encourages all to become healthier by incorporating physical activity into your life one step at a time. Challenge yourself to reach 10,000 steps a day during the month of December. Participants who complete all of their steps will be eligible to receive an incentive. Pih nowah (just walk) for good health!
