Come in the front door at NMMC-Eupora.
North Mississippi Medical Center-Eupora is asking all patients and visitors to use the hospital’s front entrance.
The current Emergency Services entrance will close to the public on June 1. Going forward, that entrance will be used only for ambulances.
“Reserving the emergency entrance for ambulances will make sure critically injured and ill patients can be moved into the hospital quickly. It also protects the safety of patients and visitors arriving by private vehicle,” said Robin Mixon, NMMC-Eupora administrator.
New signs at the hospital now direct patient and visitors to the covered front entrance of the hospital that is protected from the weather.
